CLICO's distribution offer has been expanded to include solutions from IronNet Cybersecurity, a provider of network detection and response systems (NDR) and collective defense. The IronNet platform is designed to detect and prevent the most advanced and difficult-to-detect cyber attacks faced by organizations in the public and private sectors.
CLICO - the largest, with 100% Polish capital - specialized distributor with added value, since 1991 has been successfully introducing and promoting innovative solutions of world market leaders in Poland and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. In the first quarter of 2021, CLICO finalized the contract with IronNet Cybersecurity and introduced a NDR (Network Detection and Response) solution from IronNet to its distribution offer, based on IronDefence and providing network traffic analysis, enabling modern detection of cyber attacks. The solution also allows for sharing the collected information about events in real time using a specially designed ecosystem of notifications between organizations (Collective Defense). This allows companies to obtain appropriate situational awareness of cyber attacks,
“The adversaries assume that their attacks target companies, agencies and governments that are isolated from each other. This is common in all industries - the company is under attack and lacks the resources to protect itself as a single entity. However, if these similar companies joined forces, could detect attacks, and at the same time share events, the created advantage would significantly affect the effectiveness of such protection and would minimize the number of incidents requiring after-intrusion service. The creation of such an ecosystem is the main message of IronNet, whose solutions are already available in the CLICO distribution portfolio and we are very happy that we can share this experience with business partners in the region of Central and Eastern Europe "- says Jarosław Bukała, Security Consultant at CLICO.
"The CLICO and IronNet partnership is a powerful combination that will help many European organizations and countries to detect and prevent sophisticated and effective cyberattacks," adds IronNet Vice President Sales, Justin Coker. “ These types of attacks are extremely difficult to detect and very dangerous to the reputation of companies or their financial results. With IronNet's collective defense vision, customers are helped to detect and respond to advanced, unknown cyber attacks as well as share and receive information about attacks from other networks so that organizations can protect themselves more proactively. "
IronNet's main goal in threat protection is to stop attacks from occurring, not to analyze them after the fact. In order to stop such an attack, it must first be detected in your network. In a situation where the attack is invisible, it is impossible to protect against it, so the only thing that remains is to react to the incident, restore the operation of the organization and control the costs and losses incurred in connection with the attack.
IronNet solutions provide deep visibility of network traffic thanks to the IronDefense product, which allows you to analyze each event in real time, thanks to the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence. The results of this analysis can be shared through the IronDome ecosystem to notify the entire community (e.g. in a selected sector of the economy or at the national level) of similar threats and provide anonymous insight into the collected data. All data shared through IronDome is anonymized and all data privacy elements are removed to comply with GDPR and privacy laws.
The CLICO distribution agreement is valid in Poland and in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
