As the Vice President of Sales for the Americas at IronNet, Phillip “Phil” Hillhouse’s mission is to drive revenue for North America, as well as tactically implement IronNet’s vision and strategy of Collective Defense. With more than 20 years of cybersecurity experience, he is an execution specialist that excels in driving growth through direct and indirect sales models.

Prior to IronNet, Phil held multiple sales leadership roles. Most recently, he was a RVP of Sales at Symantec. Prior to that, he held numerous positions at Zscaler including Vice President of Americas, Area Director of Sales and Director of Americas Channel. In these key leadership positions, he helped Zscaler accelerate growth from start-up to IPO. Phil was also the Vice President of Sales for IBM/Internet Security Systems.

Phil is based in Atlanta with his wife, Jennifer, and their two sons.
